We are Salford Handball Club, an amateur sports team and unbeaten champions of the England Handball Association National League and winners of the Northern League (First Division) for the second year running. Our squad is mainly made up of young and talented British players who have international experience at both youth and senior levels for England and Great Britain. Some members of our squad represented Great Britain at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
We train three times per week as a team (as well as individual strength, conditioning and running sessions).
